We take all complaints seriously. We have a full complaints policy and procedure which is available for download. Initial complaints should be made to the Headteacher, Stephen Phipps, via email to stephen.phipps@ofgl.uk. Momenta Managing Director Gareth Lucas-Howells If the complaint is concerning the Headteacher.
During the previous academic year 2023/24 at ADL there was 1 complaint relating to the school.
During the current academic year 2024/25 at ADL, there have been no complaints relating to the school.
